Attention ATM Cardholders- Important ATM Card Reissue Update - 10/29/09
Paragon has reissued new ATM cards provide additional security features for your protection. The cards will be mailed out on October 29, 2009. You will also receive a pin mailer a few days after you receive your card. After you receive your pin mailer, you will be required to activate your new card by using it at an ATM machine within two weeks of receipt. On 12/2/09, your old card will no longer work and only the new card will be approved for transactions.
Please note, only ATM cards that have been active since May 1, 2008 will be reissued and ATM cards that have not been active since May 1, 2008 will be closed.

Protecting Your Paragon XPRESS CheckSM & ATM Card
Not only is your XPRESS CheckSM Card safer than carrying cash or your checkbook, we have security features that protect your identity. Protecting your account information and identity is our top priority. We use neural network software to monitor signature and PIN based transactions on your Paragon XPRESS CheckSM Card and ATM Card. Neural network software uses a predictive model to score the likelihood of a fraudulent transaction. The software compares current transactions to your previous card usage and scores each transaction. If a transaction scores over a certain amount, we will contact you to verify the transaction. The use of this software will help identify potential risks and reduce possible fraud.
You may receive a phone call to verify activity on your card. If you are left a message, you’ll be asked to call back one of the following numbers: (888) 918-7313, (866) 750-9107 or (800) 262-2024. You can also call Paragon during business hours at (800) 222-8877. Please return the call as soon as possible to avoid any interruption of your card usage.
Please be sure to monitor your account, carefully review your monthly statements and report any questionable transactions immediately. You can access your account 24/7 with iBranch, our online home banking service. Also, please notify us if you are traveling outside the United States and intend to use your XPRESS CheckSM Card or ATM Card. We must make necessary adjustments to your account for your cards to be used overseas.

New Branch Hours
Effective November 1, 2009, Saturday hours for Englewood Cliffs, Oakland and Westwood Branches will be 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Our Rockland Community College Branch will begin part time hours of operation.
