You can receive your monthly account statement and newsletter, free via email and our secure web site.

How do I view checks that have cleared my account?
Once you are logged in, click on the "check images" button located at the upper right corner of the page.

Please note: You are able to view your checks once they have cleared your account. Six months of check images are available. Please contact us at (800) 222-8877 for a copy of a check that is older than 6 months.

Is there a charge for receiving eStatements?
No. There is no charge for our eStatement service.

Is my eStatement account information protected from others viewing it?
Yes. Your information is protected with the latest security features and requires a password, that only you will know, to access the information. Paragon FCU's eStatement service also uses 128-bit encryption security to ensure that your private information stays private.

What kind of computer equipment and software program is needed to receive Paragon FCU's eStatements?
You need a computer with Internet access and an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Netscape Navigator 4.75 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, CompuServe 2000, and AOL 5.0 or higher provide the security encryption required for Paragon FCU's eStatement program.

What if my Internet browser is not one of the versions needed to access my account information?
Both Netscape and Microsoft offer free download upgrades of their browsers on their respective homepages. The icons below will link you to the browser's download page.

How do I view my eStatement(s)?
Your statement can be accessed either by double clicking on the link in the email notification or through Paragon FCU's homepage at www.paragonfcu.org and double clicking on the "Pick Up eStatement" button.

What if I accidentally delete my email notification that my statements are ready? Can I still view them?
Yes. Even if you delete the email notification you can access your eStatements through Paragon FCU's homepage at www.paragonfcu.org.

What if I no longer want to receive my statement(s) electronically? How do I stop receiving eStatements?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statements at any time. Contact a credit union representative at (201) 358-6666 or (800) 222-8877 or by email at eservices@paragonfcu.org and ask to change your statements back to paper.

Can I have my eStatement email notification sent to two different email addresses?
No. We can only send your eStatement notification to one email address; however, you can access your statements via any computer with Internet access. Simply go to www.paragonfcu.org and click on the "Pick Up eStatement" button.

How do I change my password if I forget it or think it has been compromised?
If you have forgotten your password you may use the "Forgot Your Password" feature on the eStatement log on page or you may contact a credit union representative at (201) 358-6666 or (800) 222-8877 or by email at eservices@paragonfcu.org, and your password will be reset. The next time you log on you can change your password to one of your choice by using the "change password" feature located near the bottom of the Available Statements and Notices library.

Is the password case sensitive? Can you use symbols, such as dashes, dollar signs, etc.?
Yes. Your eight to twenty character password is case sensitive and the password field supports all characters on your keyboard.

Will I automatically get my VISA statements via eStatements if I enroll my account?
No. Monthly VISA statements are not available at this time.

When, during the month, will my eStatement(s) be available online for viewing?
Your eStatement will be available approximately the first week of the month.

How long will the statement(s) remain �online�?
Paragon FCU�s eStatement service allows you to view 12 months of statements. Statements older than 12 months are available by contacting the credit union.

Can my eStatement information be exported to other programs?
Yes. Paragon FCU eStatements can be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or another text program.

How can I get a paper copy of my statement?
You can print any statement or notice from your library of available statements and notices. If you would like to print a copy, there are three different ways to do so:
- Selecting File/Print from the menu bar at the top of the eStatement screen;
- Clicking on the Printer-Friendly Text Only View option under the masthead; or
- Clicking on the Open/Save Standard Statement option under the masthead
(NOTE: You may have to adjust your printer margins the first time you print by selecting File/Page Setup from the menu bar and setting the left and right margins to .25 each)
